1 - What is Terms of Services / TOS?
The Terms of Service (TOS) are the rules and regulations that specify guidelines for using our services. Use of our services is subject to these terms. Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to all parts. Use of RootMyBox services implies agreement with these terms! By purchasing the Services, You acknowledge and agree that You have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies that RootMyBox may establish and post on its website from time to time.
2 - Non-payment Termination
In the event you fail to pay your invoice within 3 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your service. If you are still past due on the 7th day from the due date on the invoice, we reserve the right to terminate your service entirely and reformat your server / hosting account.
3 - Overage Billing
Overage is defined as usage of the Services provided by RootMyBox to You in excess of the allocated limitation. Overages are charged for Backup and Bandwidth used in excess of the amount allocated to your account. You agree to pay the then-current Overage fees and charges for the RootMyBox services, including backup and bandwidth Overage fees, upon receipt of an invoice. Overage fees can be avoided by subscribing to a higher service plan or choosing a plan with unlimited bandwidth, and etc.
4 - Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 - cancellation policy and money back guarantee for web hosting: Any cancellation request received within 2 days of activation of shared web hosting will be issued 100% refund, If cancellation request is received after 2 days of activation of shared web hosting then no refund will make. Any addon purchased are non-refundable
4.2 - cancellation policy and money back guarantee for vpn services: Any cancellation request received within 2 days of activation of vpn services will be issued 100% refund, If cancellation request is received after 2 days of activation of vpn services then no refund will make.
5 - Copyright Violation
RootMyBox will respond to all reports of infringement that are formatted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and any other applicable copyright laws.
Notices of infringement that do not comply with this act will not be processed.
We will act in accordance with the DMCA when handling infringement reports

WHILE EVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST WITHIN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME PERIOD, DUE TO WORKLOAD PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.
6 - Server Abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a RootMyBox Hosting Server or customer of RootMyBox is strictly prohibited. RootMyBox will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Accounts found in violation of this provision will be subject to immediate account deactivation without refund. RootMyBox will turn all available information about abuse incidents, including customer contact data, over to the proper authorities and press charges.
7 - Acceptable Usage Policy
All services provided by RootMyBox may be used for lawful purposes only.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Malaysian Federal,
State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material,
material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statue.
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RootMyBox from any claims resulting from the use of the
service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Note: Child Pornography websites are prohibited on any RootMyBox server. This includes sites that may infer Child Pornography sexual content, or Link to content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to RootMyBox servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Contact our sales department for any clarifications.
7.1 - Examples of unacceptable material on our shared hosting include:
1. Public/Private Rapidleech Hosting
2. Storage of Pirated Software, Movies, Music or Other Pirated Content
3. Download or Upload scripts. Example: Rapidleech
4. IRC Scripts/Bots
5. Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
6. Storage of Pirated Software/Warez
7. IP Scanners
8. Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
9. Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
10. File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
11. Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
12. Escrow/Bank Debentures
13. Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
14. Prime Banks Programs
15. Lottery/Gambling Sites
16. MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
17. Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
18. Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs
19. Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
20. Mailer Pro
21. Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc)
7.2 - Examples of unacceptable material on our vpn services include:
1. Hacking
2. Carding
3. Scam/Fraud
RootMyBox will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision, and reserves the right to deactivate and remove any site at any time for any reason without refund!
